Groups

You must be a Member of Ealing u3a to join an Interest Group. For details on Membership, see the Membership page

We also have a Code of Conduct for Group Members (see Policies and Constitution) to ensure the smooth running of our groups for all members.  Please take a moment to read this.

If you are joining Ealing u3a for a specific group or groups, please contact the relative convenor(s) before joining to ensure there is availability in the group(s).

For GENERAL enquiries concerning Interest Groups contact the  Interest Groups Co-ordinator , Sue Peach. If you are interested in joining a specific group or groups you need to contact the Convenor(s) via the highlighted email link on that group’s page as group numbers may be limited.  Please do not attend the venue before the convenor has confirmed you have been accepted into the group.

Groups may meet in member's homes, at other venues or over Zoom - if you are new to Zoom and need help with getting started, please contact the Webmaster for instructions. With face-to-face meetings, particularly in member's homes, and largely because of space constraints, there will be a limit to the number of members that each group can accommodate.

NEW GROUPS

Do you have the interests, skills and experience to help form any other new Interest Groups? All of our Group Conveners are volunteers, motivated by commitment to a particular area of activity and learning. Will you volunteer to form a new group? If so, please email the  Interest Groups Co-ordinator , Sue Peach or phone on 020 8992 4758. Sue is also usually available at a Thursday meeting.
