Ealing U3A Policy documents
There are a number of Policy Documents relating to the way that Ealing U3A is run; these are:
- The Ealing u3a Constitution (revised March 2025) defines the Objects and Powers of Ealing U3A along with information on Membership and Management of the U3A, how Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Special General Meetings (SGMs) are organised, how the Finances are managed, and various other matters.

- Ealing U3A Financial Policy, agreed January 2024
- Ealing U3A Diversity and Inclusion Policy, agreed February 2024
- Ealing U3A Safeguarding Guidance Policy + Procedure, agreed February 2024
- Ealing U3A Code of Conduct for Group Members, updated October 2025
