You must be a Member of Ealing u3a to take part in an Interest Group

This is a new group that started in August 2024 and meets on the 3rd Monday monthly in a public venue in Ealing.

The aim of the group is to explore psychology in an informal interactive discussion. No prior knowledge is required but members are encouraged to research and make contributions to the chosen topics. While various areas of psychology will be covered such as Cognitive, Developmental, Abnormal and Personality Psychology there will be a particular emphasis on Positive Psychology which is focused on developing an approach to life that, in practical ways, assists individuals to build a fulfilling and contented life.
