This group started in August 2024 and meets on the 3rd Monday monthly in a public venue in Ealing.

Join our monthly psychology sessions for engaging, informal discussions on human behaviour and well-being. Each meeting includes a presentation with plenty of opportunities to join in the discussions. We place special emphasis on Positive Psychology, exploring practical strategies that empower individuals to build a deeply fulfilling and contented life
